Furthermore, the lack of daily room cleaning, despite several requests, left a sour taste—using the same towels and sheets for three days is not ideal, especially at the price point.

We had a memorable family getaway! The kids loved the accessible room and cozy beds. The nearby restaurants offered delicious and diverse dining options. Helpful staff made our shuttle delay worthwhile by providing great local tips. For the best experience, inquire about shuttle schedules ahead of time.

We stayed with our adult children and loved the convenient shuttle service. It was a hot day, so it was nice to escape the airport noise and relax. Plus, the nearby Aqueduct Racetrack was an enjoyable family outing for us all.

My children wished there were more bath towels provided for families. It would be great to ensure that towels are always stocked, especially when rooms are filled with more guests.

I found the breakfast always well-stocked and interesting, and the location made it a breeze to visit nearby parks, like Lou Lodati Park, just about 1.5 km away for a peaceful stroll after exploring NYC's hustle and bustle. plus, I enjoyed delicious meals just a short walk away at local restaurants like Woodside Pizza, only about 500 meters down the road.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options, we enjoyed the pancakes and coffee every morning. Also, the staff was really helpful, I mean they were ready to assist anytime we had a question.

Moreover, the elevators were problematic during peak times, and we ended up waiting longer than expected. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, better attention to housekeeping and dining levels would improve the experience significantly.

So, got upgraded to this fab extended suite on the 5th floor with it's own conference room! Alice from Argentina at breakfast was just amazing, super friendly, made the mornings bearable.
